Hydrexia forms strategic partnership to tap into Indonesian hydrogen market

Hydrexia Singapore Pte Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Ltd and a hydrogen technology solution provider, and PT Samator, a holding company in Indonesia with main line businesses in industrial gas, healthcare, energy, and EPC, have announced that the two companies have entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a hydrogen strategic business partnership in the Indonesian market and beyond.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hydrexia and Samator will join hands in developing hydrogen solutions geared toward meeting the local hydrogen market needs. Hydrexia will leverage its advanced hydrogen technology solutions and equipment, and Samator will function as the customer channel entity in the local market for a wide range of hydrogen solutions and equipment covering hydrogen purification, transport, and storage.

Samator is an industrial gas player in Indonesia with a strong emphasis on the industrial supply of hydrogen development solutions for the local market with various hydrogen products. Hydrexia is a global technology company known for its across value chain hydrogen technology solutions. The partnership allows both companies to fully leverage their technological and market strengths.
