In 2022, green hydrogen production capacity reached over 109 000 tpy worldwide, representing 44% growth compared to 2021.

The municipality of Heligoland has commissioned HPC Hamburg Port Consulting (HPC) to carry out a concept study for the construction of a hydrogen bunker station on the deep-sea island.

FFI has advanced its Holmaneset project to the next phase, providing potential for the development of a 300 MW green hydrogen and green ammonia facility and supporting infrastructure.

Evides Industriewater will supply demiwater for Shell's green hydrogen plant over the next 15 years. Part of this agreement is the construction of a new demiwater pipeline to the hydrogen plant, located in the Netherlands.
