Everfuel has been awarded a contract for constructing and commissioning a heavy-duty hydrogen refuelling station in Wuppertal, Germany.

The biggest single investment of its kind for a UK company researching hydrogen-based energy and re-usable technology will help tackle climate change and reach net-zero emissions.

The second joint project under a strategic partnership agreement between the companies will enable the green liquid hydrogen facility to be completed by 2023.

E.ON is ready to support the development of a hydrogen economy in Germany and Europe competently and actively.
