The plan outlines a programme to help build Scotland’s hydrogen economy in order to provide nearly a sixth of the country’s energy needs by 2030.

KGL has selected io to provide FEED for NewGen’s green hydrogen project in Trinidad, which will have a 27 200 tpy production capacity.

The company is part of a British-based supply chain that has delivered a hydrogen-powered train, which will make its first passenger journeys at COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland.

The companies have announced an MoU aimed at delivering Unique HyMetals – a hydrogen project aiming to support Australia’s net zero targets.
