Prostar Capital has announced that operations have commenced at the first two of seven hydrogen fuel cell (HFC) power generation facilities as part of the Changwon Green Energy Project in South Korea.
A partnership with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP), these HFC facilities demonstrate the benefit of an urban distributed power supply model, and can produce 70% and 30% fewer carbon emissions than coal-fired and gas-fired power plants, contributing to the Korean economy’s transition to net zero.
