Hydrasun has unveiled a major drive on hydrogen technology, with a clutch of initiatives including the launch of a new skills academy, a recruitment push, and a new acquisition.

ACWA Power has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with POSCO Holdings. The agreement will involve the joint development of green hydrogen and its derivatives such as green ammonia, to decarbonise POSCO Group’s power generation and steel manufacturing processes.

Poseidon Marine H2’s technical partner, Dynamic Efficiency, has commenced testing of hydrogen fuel cells for the marine technology that will allow boats to operate more efficiently on hydrogen fuels.

Nel Hydrogen US, a subsidiary of Nel ASA, has received a purchase order from Viva Energy for a MC500 containerised PEM water electrolyser.
