Work has started on creating a hydrogen refuelling station at Teesside International Airport. The new Element 2 hydrogen refuelling station will refuel all hydrogen road vehicles plus airport vehicles, with both 700 and 350 bar refuelling.
A contribution, worth €317 million over the six-year project, has been secured to support the development and production of Ansaldo Green Tech AEM Electrolysers.
