Singapore and Scotland sign hydrogen MoU

The MoU has been signed by the Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association of Singapore and the Scottish Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association, and will help to build links for hydrogen trade and innovation opportunities between the countries.
