Mitsubishi Power selects Emerson for advanced clean energy storage hydrogen hub

The hub will help integrate renewable energy by producing and storing green hydrogen for long duration energy storage. Mitsubishi Power will leverage Emerson’s hydrogen production experience and automation software expertise to increase safety, decrease costs and simplify maintenance across the life cycle of the facility.

First hydrogen applies for UK government net zero funding

The Net Zero HYdrogen Fund is part of the UK Government’s initiatives to promote the production of home-grown green hydrogen and is a means to achieving the ambitious 10 GW of domestic production by 2030, of which ‘at least’ 5 GW will need to be from electrolytic sources.
